Der Dybbuk by Josef Lateiner
The Dybbuk (https://dybbuk.co/) is an ERC funded 5-year research project that sets out to uncover and explore the popular theatre that made up the daily cultural reality of the Jewish masses at the turn of the 20th century. In this framework, four prompter manuscripts are used to decipher, reconstruct, analyse and finally re-enact the 1898 Yiddish play “Der Dybbuk” by Josef Lateiner. Each annotated notebook is provided with facsimile as well as in a joint synoptic edition. The project workflow included a configured annotation workspace.Link Contact -

Gadi Sagiv and funded by the Israel Science Foundation, The project aims to study the corpus of all hasidic stories published in Hebrew and Yiddish from the emergence of Hasidism in the middle of the 18th century until 1914. EarlyPrint presents some 52,000 Early Modern English texts from the EEBO-TCP collection in a linguistically annotated and partially corrected form. The site supports collaborative curation and complex searches via Blacklab, the corpus query tool designed by the Dutch Language Institute. A digital edition of 19th century letters from Forest Finns, Finnish inhabitants of Sweden and Norway, to Carl Axel Gottlund (1796-1875), a Finnish collector of folklore, linguist, university lecturer and activist who sought to improve the Forest Finns' difficult circumstances. The letters are in Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian, the user interface is available in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and English.
